Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Right to Cancel (UK/EU Customers)
In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email or letter).
If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer).

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
