Talk It Out

Sometimes, you just need somewhere to say it.

Life can get a lot.

Sometimes your thoughts are racing. Sometimes something has happened and you can't stop thinking about it. Sometimes you just have something sitting on your mind that you need to get out.

And sometimes, you don't need someone to fix it.

You just need someone to listen.

What is Talk It Out?

Talk It Out is a private, supportive conversation where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind.

You don't need to have the right words.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You don't even need to know exactly what you want to talk about.

Just show up as you are.

This is your space to talk, reflect, release what's been weighing on you and take a moment to breathe.

There is no judgement. No pressure to have all the answers. And no expectation that you have to pretend you're okay when you're not.

What can we talk about?

Whatever you need to talk about.

Your thoughts, feelings, worries, relationships, confidence, life changes, personal challenges, things you're struggling to make sense of—or simply something you've been carrying around and need to get off your chest.

You choose what you share.

Choose the time that's right for you

Talk It Out is a supportive listening and wellbeing service. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or a crisis service.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in immediate danger, please contact an appropriate emergency or crisis service rather than booking a Talk It Out session.

You don't have to have the words.

You just have to start.
